Payment is taken at the time of booking and you should receive immediate booking confirmation by email.
If you have paid a deposit and fail to make full payment before departure, we reserve the right to make a request a repeat payment on your card to cover the outstanding balanced owed.
Our accommodation cancellation and amendment terms firstly reflect the cost to us in administering your refund, including bank charges. Secondly we have also factored in the costs in terms of reduced probability of the room being filled and any room servicing costs incurred. As such, we regret that the less warning you give, the higher the cancellation fee must be. However, because we understand that plans can change unavoidably, you can always amend the dates of your stay without penalty (as long as it's the same vendor, the value of the booking doesn't decrease, and only if availability exists).
All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed by email.
Cancellation terms: Where full payment has been made at the time of booking, fees are calculated on a night by night basis ("Notice period" relates to the number of days before the night in question).

Your refund will be sent to the card you booked with.
For guests who have been required to pay a deposit rather than the full amount at the time of booking, in the case of cancellation, you will lose your deposit, irrespective of when the cancellation occurs.
Had a fantastic two night stay in the Bothy very much appreciated free upgrade The building is lovely warm spotless with fantastic shower / bathroom. This was our second stay will be back at the end of the year. We have always been made very welcome.
