Golf Facilities

Adjoining the hotel is a fine 18 hole Parkland golf course, with the 1st tee inside the hotel grounds. Guests of the The Burton Lodge Hotel enjoy reduced green fees and golf parties are also welcome. We can arrange golf breaks and tee off times to suit. Additionally the surrounding area features several other excellent golf courses.

Hainsworth Park is an easy going parkland course with mature trees, strategically places bunkers and enough hazards to make you think, as opposed to simply standing up and giving it a good whack. Most holes demand accuracy from the tee and those who can shape their shots for better positioning will, obviously, fair much better. The course has been expertly drained and is rarely affected by adverse weather - a delight in the winter months.

Hainsworth Park is building a sound reputation amongst local players for good holes and warm welcomes.
